l’UNAPHAC comprend quatre Instances :

-         l’Assemblée  Générale,

-         le Conseil d’Administration,

-         la Direction Administrative et Financière,

-         le Conseil de Discipline.

PREAMBLE

-Realizing that a situation characterized by the absence of collaboration and valid representativeness prevails around and among Disabled Persons ;

-Considering that this situation worsens their marginalization and fosters their vulnerability and the deliberate violation of their fundamental rights ;

-Conscious of the fact that the disorder and dispersion noticed among Disabled Persons can only harm their interests and dangerous by comprise their chances of success ;

-Conscious of the numerous and thorny problems faced by Disabled Persons at the social, administrative and economic levels ;

- Recognizing the ceaseless efforts nude by the State, NGOS and Associations of Disabled Persons in favour of the socio-economic integration of Disabled Persons ;

- Concerned by the fact that much is still to be done to achieve “Equality and full participation of Disabled Persons” as State in Resolution 37/52 of the United Nations General Assembly ;

- Considering the manifested and strongly supported desire to unite associations of Disabled Persons for a more realistic more homogenous and more effective action ;

We, officials of specific Associations and institutions of and for Disabled Persons, unanimously decide to create a highly representative structure that brings together all Associations of and for Disabled Persons in Cameroon around common objectives for a better protection and more organized and appropriate defense of our vital multiform interests.

BUTS , OBJECTIFS ET MISSIONS

         Ses principaux Buts et Objectifs sont :

1-      Renforcer les capacités institutionnelles, de représentation, d’éducation et d’information de l’Union tant au niveau national qu’international ;

2-      Restructurer et  Renforcer les capacités des Associations et Institutions membres ;

3-     Améliorer les conditions de vie des Personnes Handicapées ;

4-     Rechercher une meilleure prise en compte, à tous les niveaux de la hiérarchie Nationale et Internationale, des attentes légitimes des Personnes handicapées ;

5-      Promouvoir et Protéger les Droits Humains  fondamentaux des Personnes handicapées ;

6-     Coordonner, suivre et évaluer  les Programmes et Activités de la Décennie Africaine des Personnes Handicapées au Cameroun ;

7-     Rendre le fonctionnement et la gestion de l’Union efficace et efficiente ;

8-     Construire le Siège de l’UNION ;

9-     Etc…
