- Reinforce the aptitudes the operational capacity and efficiency of the personal effort of disabled persons of the sub-region at all levels of the movement ;
- Promote the rights of disabled persons of the sub-region ;
- Empower disabled women in their communities and in the African disabled people Movement ;
- Reintegrate survivors of anti-personnel mines and disabled refugees of the sub-region ;
- Establish a reliable communication Network in the PAFOD Structures ;
- Promote the rights of disabled children of the sub-region.
