The Managing Organs of CAFOD are :

• The General Assembly 
• The Sub-regional Development Bureau

The General Assembly

It is composed of members of honnor, regular members, donors and consultatives members having paid their contribution. It is the Supreme Organ of CAFOD.
The status of CAFOD membership is obtained on demand and payment of adherence fees fixed at 25.000 (twenty five thousand francs ) CFA.

The Sub-regional Development Bureau

It is the Executive Organ of CAFOD, it is composed of elected members (5) and appointed members.
